We will one again be running our famed trivia contest. The trivia sheet will be included in the Ziploc bag you receive at registration. Answer the questions correctly for a chance to win prizes. We have you turn in your sheets Wednesday night, June 26th at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar. Winners will be announced at closing ceremonies on Thursday evening.
->Rider's Meeting will take place at the:
2886 S. Circle Drive
Colorado Springs, CO 80906

6:45 Opening Ceremonies with the National Anthem and colors
7:10 Dinner followed by Rider's Meeting
PERSON OF THE DAY
Is someone that is picked from all those attending. We will select the first person by doing a drawing at the rider meeting. This person will have a special item to wear when they are on their travels on their day. During their day they must add to this item in some way, whether a pin, sticker, ornament, etc. Each evening the item is passed to someone the person did not know before the ride. At closing ceremonies, we have a drawing which will allow one of our "Person of the day" attendees to take the item home.
OKLAHOMA CITY REGIONAL FOOD BANK
Those of you that are volunteering to help out at the Oklahoma City Regional Food Bank on Thursday, June 27th in the morning, we will plan on meeting there at 8:30am for our shift starts at 9:00am. The address is listed in your rally guide. Thank you again, for taking time out of your vacation to help those less fortunate. We greatly appreciate you helping to make a difference.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
->We are often asked if you have to do everything we have listed or leave at the time we suggest. The answer is NO. These are recommended leave times to get you started. If you choose to skip a destination or change your route, that is up to you. There are some meals and destinations with specific time frames, so please take note of these if you plan on taking part.
->Elevation. Please remember to keep hydrated in higher elevations. We will be taking many roads through mountains, so please have water and keep your gas tank filled.
THINGS TO BRING:
Here is a list of things to pack that might be needed on your vacation…
- helmets (DOT, no beanies). We will be traveling through helmet states.
- notify your credit card company that you will be traveling throughout the country so that they don’t lock your card and notify your banks as well if using a debit card. The last thing you want is no access to your cards while on vacation.
